RCD and ENERCLUB will offer a “Specialization Course in Energy Law”

RCD – Rousaud Costas Duran and the Spanish Energy Club (ENERCLUB) have signed a collaboration agreement on April 6th in order to organize, develop and offer a Specialization Course in Energy Law in Barcelona, with the aim of promoting the education of legal professionals in regulatory and legal matters related to the energy sector.

The specialization course will start in September 2016 and will be held in RCD’s headquarters located in Barcelona. The course will be directed by Iñigo del Guayo, Professor of Administrative Law and member of ENERCLUB, and it will be coordinated by Javier Olmos, Partner and Head of the Energy practice in RCD.

RCD’s Energy practice is made up of a multidisciplinary team of experienced professionals in the provision of comprehensive legal advice, in particular on matters related to Regulatory law, M&A, Litigation and Finance as well as on those pertaining to all energy sectors, such as electricity (conventional, renewable energies) and hydrocarbon (gas, petroleum products, crude oil).

THE SPANISH ENERGY CLUB is a non-profit association founded in 1985 which gathers over 150 companies and institutions related to the energy sector and the economy in general, as well as over 160 individual members. From an independent position, the association’s primordial aim is to contribute to a better understanding of matters related to energy by the relevant social agents.
