Magdalena has over 15 years of experience in the Tax Law practice area. She specialises in the field of tax procedure, acting in matters of tax administration, collection, and inspection before various tax administrative bodies (AEAT, ATC and local entities), as well as in the preparation of appeals and claims through administrative and contentious-administrative channels.
