Experience

Lucas is specialized in tax planning, investment and restructuring transactions at a national and international level. In the field of venture capital, he has experience in fund structuring, carried interest, acquisition and divestment planning. He also specializes in structured finance projects (project finance, asset finance, securitization). He provides ongoing tax advice to multinational groups, and to family offices. Lucas has extensive experience advising clients from the real estate industry and large estates as well.

Prior to joining RCD, Lucas developed his career in the tax departments of Baker & McKenzie and Garrigues.
