Experience

David has extensive experience in offering legal advice in the field of innovation. He is an expert in M&A, corporate law and intellectual property, and his legal practice includes advising start-ups and entrepreneurs as well as investors on a variety of legal and strategic aspects, including the preparation, negotiation and execution of private equity transactions, financing, venture capital, sales of companies, cryptoasset emissions, corporate venturing, defining and implementing protection policies for legal ownership of intangible assets, and negotiating agreements to relinquish industrial and intellectual property rights (especially software licences).

David advises a wide range of clients, including leading start-ups and entrepreneurs from the e-commerce, Fintech, ICT and Life Sciences, investing funds, business accelerators and investors, Family groups and corporations.
