Experiència

En Jordi lidera l’Àrea de Dret Concursal al país i freqüentment és sol·licitat per grans empreses per gestionar situacions d'insolvència i concursos de creditors, a les quals ofereix un assessorament integral, tant des del punt de vista jurídic com econòmic i financer.

Ha actuat com a administrador concursal en més de 200 procediments de diferents jurisdiccions a Espanya i és president de la Secció Mercantil, Concursal i d'Actuacions Judicials del Col·legi d’Economistes de Catalunya.

  • Autor de diverses publicacions sobre la nova reforma concursal, la regulació del registre públic concursal i els terminis processals bàsics per a l'administrador concursal
